Their knowledge, commitment, experience, and daily work, thanks to which the company can grow and implement further ambitious projects. Therefore, on the occasion of the company’s 20th anniversary, we decided to thank all current employees in a unique way – by organizing joint team-building trips, which became an opportunity not only to relax but, above all, to spend time together outside of the daily work environment.
In winter, over 30 BT Electronics employees went on a joint ski trip to Kaprun, Austria. It was a perfect opportunity to combine active recreation with team building. Participants enjoyed picturesque Alpine landscapes, skiing thrills at over 3,000 meters above sea level, and, above all, time spent together during the extended weekend.
In summer, the main event of the anniversary celebrations arrived. This time, over 50 people decided to join a team-building trip to the famous Arłamów resort. These days were filled with shared activities, conversations, good fun, and opportunities to get to know each other even better in a less formal setting.
Both trips demonstrated that the company’s anniversary is not only an opportunity to reflect on the past 20 years, but also a moment to look to the future and appreciate the people who make BT Electronics tick every day.
